RankerFox provides a curated digital marketing membership that gives members access to organized marketing resources, workflows, templates, selected utilities, and educational materials for research, content, creative work, outreach, analytics, and growth.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using RankerFox, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Membership Access

RankerFox membership gives users access to the member area and the resources available under their selected plan. Resource, workflow, template, and utility availability may vary by plan and may change over time.

RankerFox may update, replace, add, or remove resources, workflows, templates, utilities, or member-area features when needed for maintenance, quality, availability, security, compliance, or business reasons.

3. Plans and Billing

RankerFox offers trial, monthly, and yearly membership options. Prices are displayed before checkout.

Billing renews automatically based on the billing option selected unless the membership is cancelled before the next billing date.

Monthly plans renew monthly. Yearly plans renew yearly. Trial plans are limited to the trial period described at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. RankerFox does not store full card details on its servers.

Customers may receive electronic receipts or payment confirmations after successful payment.

4. Account and Member Area

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity under their account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your contact details updated.

You may not share, transfer, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to your RankerFox account or membership.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse RankerFox, attempt unauthorized access, abuse resources, resell access, share account access in an unauthorized way, interfere with platform operations, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, or use RankerFox in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

6. Resource Availability

RankerFox works to keep member resources organized and available. However, availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, plan changes, technical issues, external service changes, compliance requirements, or other operational reasons.

RankerFox does not guarantee that every resource, workflow, template, or utility will be available at all times.

7. Third-Party Resources and Trademarks

RankerFox may reference or organize resources related to third-party platforms, brands, software, content, or services. All third-party names, trademarks, logos, software, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

RankerFox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party brand unless expressly stated.

Access to any third-party resource or utility may be subject to availability, plan limits, licensing conditions, third-party terms, and acceptable-use requirements.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support.

After cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Refund requests may be submitted by contacting support@rankerfox.com with the customer account email and payment reference.

10. Support

For account, billing, access, or membership questions, you can contact RankerFox support by email or through the live chat available on the website when online.

11. Changes to the Service

RankerFox may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.

We may also update plan features, resource availability, pricing, or access rules. Material changes will be reflected on the website or member area when applicable.
